this is Pensuby, with a new and exciting page which gives you all the information about our EPF leader, Rookie! He's visiting the island this Halloween (it's going on right now), so you may click here to get to his tracker. Anyways, let's get started!
Who is Rookie?
Rookie is the commander leader for the Elite Penguin Force (EPF). He is a silly penguin, who does mistakes all the time by doing something wrong or the other. He is a green colored penguin, who wears a proppeler cap (just like the green puffle does) on the top, along with the Red Sunglasses on the face and the Green Hawaiin Shirt as the body item!
Meeting Rookie
If you ever meet Rookie (which you have to, with the help of our trackers), you can do three awesome things! You can collect his Background which is officially signed by him, his stamp and request him to add you as a buddy! If you want to know how to do this, continue reading.

- Receiving his Stamp:-
As for the stamp, you don't have to do anything. As soon as you are in the same room which Rookie is in, a stamp which looks somewhat like this will appear on your screen:
Well, now you've successfully earned the Rookie stamp! You can access the stampbook via your Playecard and have a look at your Rookie stamp anytime!
- Receiving his Background
To get Rookie's background is also quite easy, all you have to do is search where Rookie is, click on him, and it will take it to his playercard. This is how he looks whilst he's on the game:
Once you've done so, there'll be a small golden diamond thing on the bottom left of his playercard, click that. It'll then ask you if you want to pick up his background, click yes!
Well, congratulations! Now you've done everything you had to for meeting Rookie! Now go to your playercard>>inventory>>Backgrounds>>Rookie's Background. Show off your Rookie's background which has his official signature!
